At The Pilates House, we offer two types of group studio classes, along with private classes (regular Solo + Duet classes, or classes of more that two available on request), corporate Pilates, + Pilates for events.

You can also move with us online! The Pilates House Library offers access to an online library of four different types of classes. Fourteen-day free trial, cancel anytime, + just $19.99 a month — what’s not to love! Stay on top of your movement wherever you’d like to get your Pilates fix.

Please note: Our classes are fitness-based + not always suitable for pregnant people or those who have acute or chronic injuries + illnesses. Please chat with us first so we can give you the best option for you.

FORM | Studio

45 minutes

Slow + steady, FORM focuses on form + technique to lengthen + strengthen. FORM is perfect if you just want to slow it down a little, bring it back to the basics + get some more stretching in. Don’t be fooled! This class will still challenge you with progressions given to those that want them, + small equipment added to push your bod a little further. A great starting point, we highly recommend this class for newbies.

Private | Solo or Duet

Up to 45 minutes (can negotiate shorter sessions)

Solo or duet, Bec will work with you to create a tailored Pilates-based programme specific to your goals. Perfect for anyone who wants a little more attention (think injuries, post-surgery, pre / post-natal) or if group classes just aren’t your thing.

BURN | Studio

45 minutes

Fast + focused, we’ll be strengthening, lengthening + toning you from top to toe. This flowy, fast, Pilates-based class harnesses small equipment to get you feeling it all the right places. Each class takes on a bit of a theme (think butt, abs, upper body, lower body) + be prepared to get that heart rate up with a little cardio thrown in. (Please note that I’m not currently running BURN classes.)

Suitable for all, but if you are new to TPH you are required to attend a minimum of three FORM classes before getting into BURN.

Corporate Pilates or Events

Corporate Pilates - 45 minutes (can be negotiated)

Regular Pilates at work is a great way to boost morale, decrease injury (+ in turn time off!), relax after a stressful day, counteract all that sitting, plus so much more.

Events - 45 minutes (can be negotiated)

Wedding morning Pilates session? An active bachelorette party? Team building work function? We’re up for it all, just ask!
